What should I bring for an insurance repair?
Bring your vehicle, claim number if available, insurer or adjuster contact details, and any existing estimate or damage photos. Confirm additional requirements with the shop.
Can you estimate from photos or a text?
An estimate requires an in-person vehicle inspection. Photos and vehicle information help us prepare for the appointment but do not replace the inspection.
Does the form book my appointment?
No. It prepares a text or email with your details and preferred date. You send it from your app, and the shop replies to confirm availability and the appointment.
Will insurance cover everything?
Coverage, deductibles and approvals depend on your policy and claim. Confirm those details with your insurer. We discuss the repair scope after seeing the vehicle.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the inspection, scope, parts availability and any insurance approvals. We discuss scheduling after reviewing your vehicle.
What information should I send first?
Your name, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, the service needed, symptoms or damage, and a preferred appointment date. Mention insurance if applicable.
Do you work on everyday cars too?
